Yes, including direct cremation with no service. The memorial page, obituary, and in-app pre-planning all work with or without a gathering.
Do families need to set anything up?
No. Your connector is discoverable by AI assistants on its own, nothing installed or configured in advance. Once a case is underway, families can pick a date and time, adjust services, see pricing, pay an invoice, and invite guests, as far as you allow.
